1. Preface & Service Definition

This Privacy Policy serves as a legal binding agreement between Sivor operation team and individual users, specifically applicable to the Sivor mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), a professional local grid image splitting tool. The App focuses on lightweight local image processing services, enabling users to upload local images, perform customized grid splitting operations, and independently save each split image fragment. This document elaborates on all data processing rules, privacy protection standards and user right protection clauses generated during the use of the App’s core grid image splitting function, ensuring standardized and compliant operation of all services.

Your download, installation and continuous use of the App’s image splitting functions indicate that you have fully read, clearly understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this Policy. If you have any objection to any clause herein, you shall immediately stop using the App and terminate all service access rights.

2. User Age Qualification & Usage Restriction

This application is exclusively open to users aged 18 and above. Any use, access and registration by users under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited. The grid image splitting function provided by Sivor is designed for adult personal daily image processing and creative production scenarios. We do not provide services for minors, and will not actively collect, store or retain any personal information and usage data of minors. Once the platform unintentionally obtains minor-related data information, we will implement permanent and thorough deletion without reservation. You confirm that you have full civil capacity and meet the adult usage threshold before using all functions of this App.

3. Fundamental Data Processing Principles

Sivor strictly follows the core compliance principles of on-device processing first, non-collection of private content, minimal data use, and zero commercial exploitation. All core operations such as image uploading, grid segmentation and fragment saving are completed independently in the user’s local device environment. The platform does not actively capture user image content, private files and sensitive information. All data processing behaviors are limited to the basic operation support required for functional implementation, fully protecting user image privacy and data security.

4. Scope of Processed User Data

To guarantee the stable operation of grid image splitting and fragment saving functions, the App only processes the following user-initiated content and completely de-identified technical data, with no collection of any irrelevant sensitive private information:

4.1 User Image Processing Content

All image content actively imported and processed by users for grid splitting operations:

Original Uploaded Images: Local image files uploaded by users for grid splitting editing and processing.

Split Image Fragments: Independent image files generated locally by the App after user-defined grid splitting, which can be saved separately by users.

4.2 Anonymous Operational Technical Data

For the purpose of optimizing functional compatibility, fixing abnormal bugs and improving user operation experience, we anonymously collect non-identifiable basic device data including device model, operating system version, App running logs and function exception records. Such data cannot be used to identify any individual user, and will never be associated with user local image content and private files.

5. Legitimate Usage of Processed Data

All limited data processed by the App is only used for the following legitimate and necessary service operation purposes, without any hidden usage, unauthorized expansion or commercial data utilization:

Realize core splitting functions: Complete local image parsing, intelligent grid segmentation and independent fragment saving to meet users’ personalized image splitting and material production needs.

Optimize product functional experience: Analyze anonymous operation logs to optimize splitting accuracy, image restoration effect, processing speed and device adaptation compatibility.

Maintain service operational stability: Identify abnormal operation behaviors and malicious misuse, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the App’s local processing functions.

Provide user technical support: Respond to user function consultation, problem feedback and privacy-related inquiries through official dedicated email channels.

6. Local Storage Rules & User Absolute Sovereignty

Sivor adheres to the 100% local processing and local storage mechanism. All user uploaded original images and split image fragments are only stored in the user’s personal device local space. The platform does not build remote servers to actively upload, synchronize, back up or store any user image files. Temporary cache data generated during image splitting will be automatically cleared after the processing task is completed to avoid redundant data accumulation.

Users enjoy absolute independent sovereignty over all processed image content. You can freely save, delete, sort and clean up original images and split fragments at any time. All deleted image data will be completely and permanently erased with no residual copies and cannot be recovered.

7. Third-Party Data Non-Sharing Commitment

The App’s grid image splitting core technology and service system are independently developed and operated. Sivor firmly promises not to sell, rent, share, transmit or disclose any user image content, processing records and operational data to any third-party enterprises, institutions and individuals. The App does not embed any third-party data statistics SDK, data tracking tool, external transmission interface and privacy monitoring component.

Only when required by mandatory national laws, judicial rulings and legitimate law enforcement procedures, the platform will disclose relevant data in strict accordance with legal provisions, and the disclosure scope is limited to the minimum range required by law.

8. Privacy Security Protection Mechanism

We have built a full-link local privacy protection system for user image processing behaviors. All image splitting operations run in an independent local sandbox isolation environment, which can effectively prevent data leakage, tampering, loss and illegal access. The platform implements strict internal authority management, and no staff can access, view or export user local image content in any form, comprehensively guarding user private data security.

9. Non-Sensitive Information Processing Statement

The App’s functional logic is single and clear, only focusing on image grid segmentation and fragment splitting processing. We will not actively identify, extract, analyze or collect any sensitive information contained in user images, including biological features, geographic metadata, text privacy information and other private content. All processing operations do not involve any sensitive data capture and analysis behaviors.

10. Cache & Tracking Restriction Rules

Sivor only uses basic local cache technology to ensure the smooth progress of image splitting tasks, and does not use tracking Cookies, user behavior recording tools and third-party data analysis tools to track user usage habits and private preferences. Users can manually clear App cache through device settings at any time, and this operation will not affect the normal use of core grid image splitting functions.

11. User Content Liability Specification

Users shall bear full and independent legal responsibility for all images uploaded and processed by themselves using the App. Users undertake not to use the App’s grid splitting function to process, produce or disseminate illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, false and other non-compliant content. The platform reserves the right to restrict and terminate the service qualification of violating users, and reserves the right to pursue corresponding legal liabilities for illegal acts.

12. Policy Revision & Update Notification

We reserve the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy irregularly in response to product function iteration, service upgrade and national legal regulation updates. The latest version of the policy will be displayed in the App with a clear update date mark. Your continued use of the App’s services after the policy update will be deemed as your full acceptance of the revised terms.
